• Application for admission has to be made on the prescribed form available online against a payment of ₹1,500/- only (non-refundable) through payment gateway.
• Eligibility for all undergraduate programs requires a minimum of 50% marks in Class XII board examinations, with English as a compulsory subject.
• Admission to undergraduate programs will be determined based on academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities, and a personal interview where applicable. For the BBA program, selection will also include performance in the Entrance Examination (J-BAT). The J-BAT schedule will be announced on the official website: www.jdbikolkata.ac.in.
• Applicants may apply for multiple courses. However, the basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Gender and Aadhar Number) must remain consistent with those provided in the initial application for all subsequent submissions. A fee of ₹1,500 is applicable for each program.
• Undergraduate applicants are required to upload their Class XII Board examination results promptly once they are officially declared. Candidates should then complete all remaining steps of the admission process without delay, within the stipulated timelines, to ensure their application is processed and considered for admission.
• Candidates selected for admission must pay fees within the time specified on the merit list otherwise admission is liable to be cancelled.
• Admission will be confirmed only after physical verification of all necessary documents by the college.
• Admission Portal closing deadline will be announced later on the website.
• Admission to all postgraduate degree courses has been postponed for the academic session 2026–27 as per the directive of Jadavpur University. Admissions to PG degree courses will resume from the 2027–28 session. However, admission to PG Diploma Course is open.
